Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges.


Cancellations are accepted if the item has not been made. However, there will be a transaction fee for the order as those fees are not refunded by Shopify once the order is placed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to read the listing they are purchasing to ensure they understand the shipping times for their order.

If customizations such as color changes etc are requested it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the details are specific and clear to ensure the item is made to their satisfaction.

It is the customer's responsibility to request a mock up of the item once purchased if they wish to have one. Mock ups are not sent unless they are requested.

These items are custom made and made specifically for you once the order is placed. Refunds will ONLY be issued for orders that have not been made. However, there will be a transaction fee for the order as those are not refunded by Shopify once the order is placed.

Delayed, lost or stolen packages

Dae2Dae Events is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages once they are accepted by the Post Office. 

If you have an issue with stolen packages in your area it is your responsibility to arrange to have the Post Office hold your package prior to delivery so that you can pick it up. Refunds will not be issued for stolen packages.

It is your responsibility to check your email and track your package once the item is shipped. A notification is sent via email once the label is purchased, with tracking information, when the package is out for delivery and when the item is delivered. 

If signature is required for your package and you miss the delivery it is your responsibility to arrange to have the Post Office redeliver the package or hold it so that you can pick it up. Orders over $100 require a signature at delivery. Refunds will not be issued for packages that are not picked up by you in a timely manner (prior to the date you need the order). These items are custom made and made specifically for you once the order is placed. Refunds will not be issued. 

Dae2Dae Events is not responsible for packages that are shipped with an incorrect shipping address that you provide. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the item is returned to sender you will be responsible for purchasing a second shipping label to reship the order. 

If for any reason a refund is issued there will be a deduction from your payment for shipping cost and the cost of supplies.
